In the field of car LPG plants in the sequential injection system  is the next generation of systems of Hydrogen conversion in the gas phase.
The principle used by the HYdrogen ECU to calculate the injection timing applied to the Hydrogen injectors is based on ' acquired during the gas operation, the time of the gasoline injection of gas Hydrogen ECU itself.

Multipoint fuel injection conversion kits are the best solutions for auto Hydrogen plants. This because motor control is left to the gasoline ECU whilst the gas control unit is entrusted with the task of converting the commands generated from the first to the petrol injectors in appropriate commands for the gas injectors . In this way the Hydrogen conversion is easy and advantageous . Indeed, in order to maintain the coherence with the gasoline system, the gas ECU implements the injection of the gas on the same cylinder on which was acquired the injection time relative to gasoline.
During the implants the electronic plans the gas injectons through software strategies based on physical models of the system, converts the petrol injection times in gas injection times reconstructing an appropriate calculation chain optimized for gas.

Multipoint fuel injetion can use different types of injectors depending on the application needs and the characteristics of the engine that is installed with the Hydrogen  conversion.
Multipoint fuel Injection is minimally invasive against the original gasoline fuel system and is able to integrate effectively with the main functions (check the title, cut off, EGR, canister purge, over-revving, etc..) and secondary (graft climate control, over-pressure power steering, electric loads, etc..) of the latter.

The conversion of the petrol injection times in gas injection times is based on a series of parameters, acquired by the ECU gas, in addition to the petrol injection times: gas pressure in the injector rail, the gas temperature, engine water temperature, engine rpm and battery voltage. Automatic calibration based on physical models of the system for calibrating the ECU Remote Assistance

Thorough analysis of the components and sensors "gas"

  • Spark advance optimization: software and hardware included in the ECU

  • Specific emission standards more stringent (≥ Euro 4)

Compatible with OBD (on board diagnostic) of the original fuel system from the manufacturer.

Not all car LPG and LPG plants are the same: the solutions of Landi Renzo satisfy demanding customers and meet the modern requirements of sustainability. To begin the process: the LPG in the liquid state, comes out from the tank through the multivalve (which through the external filler socket also serves for the supply of LPG) and goes to the engine compartment through a pipe on which is placed a solenoid valve LPG which allows the gas to pass only with engine running and switch on the gas position.

In ' Auto LPG kit with Landi Renzo engine compartment houses a regulator where the LPG enters and undergoes a reduction in pressure that leads him to the gaseous state.Since the regulator LPG reaches the air / fuel mixer which, located on the suction line, performs the function of determining, as rarely happens in LPG systems , in terms of driveability, fuel consumption and emissions, the flow of gas according to the request of the engine represented by the vacuum generated in the mixing devices.

In ' auto LPG with SE 81 and SE 81 SIC, the switches mod. 095, 094 and 093, among other functions, allow starting on gas with timed automatic system to enrich the mixture for starting and allow the user to select at any time desired fuel (except for mod. 093) the level of LPG in the tank.

When running on gas, petrol solenoid valve stops the flow of fuel to the engine, while during petrol operation, the flow of LPG to the engine is interrupted by the LPG solenoid valves.

With plants, LPG gas for vehicles you can rest easy. Merit of an LPG solenoid valve which allows gas to flow only with the engine running and switch on the gas position. In this LPG install this solenoid valve is placed on a pipe through which the LPG in the liquid state, comes out from the tank through a multivalve (which through the external filler socket also serves for the supply of LPG) and goes to the engine compartment. Here, as in the most advanced plants, LPG gas , is located the regulator where the LPG enters and undergoes a reduction in pressure that brings it to the gaseous state, then the LPG reaches the air / fuel mixer which, located on the suction line, performs the function, an optimal in terms of driveability, fuel consumption and emissions flow of gas according to the request of the engine represented by the vacuum generated in the mixing devices.

Another point in favor of LPG install is the switch / indicator mod. 096 which, among other functions, allows starting always on petrol automatic switching gas through the activation of the solenoid Start-Petrol. In addition it allows the user to select at any time desired fuel the level of LPG in the tank. During gas operation, the electronic emulator (or the exclusion wiring injectors) stops the flow of fuel to the engine, while during petrol operation, the flow of LPG to the engine is interrupted by the LPG solenoid valves.

The plants LPG Landi Renzo are increasingly integrated into systems petrol, thanks to LPG kitof last generation. From the tank, through the multivalve (which through the external filler socket also serves for the supply of LPG), comes The LPG in the liquid state and goes to the engine compartment through a pipe on which is an LPG solenoid valve that allows the passage gas only with the engine running and switch on the gas position.

As in LPG systems more evolved, in the engine compartment is located the regulator where the LPG enters and undergoes a reduction in pressure that brings it to the gaseous state. Then from the regulator LPG reaches the air / fuel mixer which, located on the suction line, performs the function of determining in an optimal way in terms of driveability, fuel consumption and emissions flow of gas according to the request of the engine represented by the vacuum generated in the mixing devices. In the system of LPG plants with SIC SE 81 and SE 81, the switches mod. 095, 094 and 093, among other functions, allow starting on gas with timed automatic system to enrich the mixture for departure, allowing the user to select at any time desired fuel (except for mod. 093) the level of LPG in the tank.

During gas operation, in this kit LPG , the petrol solenoid valve stops the flow of fuel to the engine, while during petrol operation, the flow of LPG to the engine is interrupted by the LPG solenoid valves.

Besides vehicles, Suzuki is also considering introducing the fuel cell powered bikes and scooters. The fuel cell powered Burgman scooter has already received the nod from the European authorities for mass production. This has also been made in collaboration with the UK based Intelligent Energy and has a claimed range of over 100 miles (considering the speed in the 40mph urban driving regime). The hydrogen fuel tank has been stored underbelly and the scooter itself weighs 170 kilos. The Burgman scooter is almost production ready and is expected to be launched soon in the future, making it the first fuel cell powered mass production two wheeler around the globe. This is not the first that Suzuki has come up with a fuel powered two wheeler. Earlier it showcased a concept “Cross Cage” bike at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show. The futuristic looking bike had a working fuel cell technology that will be used in the future hydrogen fuel cell powered two wheelers.
