Order Guidelines and Purchasing Policies

 

 

Step 1: If you have not done so already, download the NiFe “Prices and Sizes” pdf from the BeUiltityFree.comNiFe web page. Call or email us with the part # and quantity for the cell type you want for a quote.

 

Step 2: We’ll create a quote/proposal for you and send it via email, USPS, or fax for your approval. Shippingis NOT included and is based on the actual weight of your order after we receive the packing list.Payment terms: 65% down to confirm order and 35% due upon confirmation of battery shipmentleaving from China factory. The 65% deposit is based on the invoice price without shipping costs.Battery shipments typically take 60 to 90 days from the time we place your order with China to yourdoorstep but, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, can take longer. BeUtilityFree,Inc. cannot be held liable for any delay beyond the 60 to 90 day normal time frame.

 

Step 3: After your order confirmation from you via voice, email or USPS, we will create an invoice for yourorder. We will send your invoice via email, FAX or USPS.

 

Step 4: Send us your down payment.Payment for Domestic Orders: We accept the follow methods of payment:• Bank Wire Transfer (preferred) • Check by phone (an eCheck)• Certified funds (bank money order) • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)You no longer have to mail a check because we accept check by phone transactions.Payment for Foreign Orders: All foreign and international orders must be paid via bank wire transfer.No exceptions. Bank wire transfer fees will be added to your invoice. You will also be respsible forany duties and taxes for import into your country if we will be shipping the cells outside the USA.

 

Step 5: Once we are notified from the factory in China that your shipment is ready to leave the factory your35% balance is due within 5 business days. You will be notified as soon as we are notified.

 

Step 6: We will notify you with a estimated time of arrival to the USA port once we get the “arrival notice”from our customs broker.

 

Step 7: After we receive the packing slip from the factory, we will send you a confirmed freight quote basedon weights obtained from our packing slip. A shipping payment must be made within 5 business daysafter receiving your freight quote. The fastest methods of payment are: bank wire transfer, eCheckby phone or major credit card. If the shipment is going from China to another country, the customerpays customs and duty fees. We CANNOT send you the batteries until we receive shipping payment.

 

Step 8: After your shipment clears customs they are placed in a “holding” warehouse where they are storedfor distribution to our customers. Once they arrive at the warehouse they allow for 7 free days ofstorage.

 

That 7 days period is the time we have to get your shipment out. If we have not receivedpayment for shipping from the warehouse to your destination location before the 7 days of storage,then there is a $50 per day storage fee. After one week of not having received shipping charge paymentplus late fees, your shipment will be removed from the warehouse and shipped to our office inColorado for storage until all outstanding charges have been paid.

 

Outstanding charges will consistof late fees, shipping from California to Colorado and shipping from Colorado to the cells’ destination.Once in Colorado, late fees will continue to accrue.I'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me.
