How to Use Hydrogen to lower emissions and fuel consumption.
Supplementation of a small amount of pure Hydrogen  is introduced into the engine via direct Injection or via the air intake system.

We also Ionize and meter mix the Nitrogen and Oxygen coming into the air intake.

 

These gases acts as a catalyst ,burn rate controllers and hydrogen carriers to improve the combustion process with a new replacement fuel made on demand. This ensures almost all of the gasoline or diesel if still used  in the engine ,in a % is 

meter mixed with these new fuels that are injected. This allows for all the fuels to be  are burnt fully and unlocked thee full power and fuel saving occur along with emission reduction.  

  

The air ratio can be meter mixed to be a mild improvement for emission control , or right

through to 100% hydrogen running engines. The burn rate and volume expansion is meter mixed to co equal gasoline or diesel or fuel it is replacing.

Most diesel engines have a burn rate of under 75-85%, in some case as low as 45% with the remainder of the diesel being un burnt in the exhaust system or blown out as black smoke.

 

With the Secure Supplies system, the burn rate goes up to 95-98%.

We service diesel and boiler furnace kiln marine market with stack-able retrofit units which can provide from

20 liters per minute through to 1000 ltrs per minute. The units can be  split gas or ionized Hydroxy Gas flow feeds  

or direct injection matched with timing control from ecu's.
