Factory Partner Production License 

Blueprint Licensing Options:

 

Secure Supplies  is now offering the opportunity for builder and factories to join us and

in addition you have a  blueprint license option. 

 

Under this program, you pay a one-time fee for the blue-copy (blueprint) of the turbine.  You are welcome to produce as many units as you wish, there is no royalty fee. 

 

In Some product production cases we have a Factory kit from our license holders

to aid in establishing all production steps for you.  For Example a Engine Production line.

 

Secure Supplies also has established a Factory Incubator fund to aid communities, to  make

Healthy Community Fueling projects and invest back into the technology to help make it more

in reach for struggling economies.

 

Of course we'll update the opportunies every year, and if you want access to that update,

you have the option of purchasing updates or sell back any factory investments.

Custom Design Services that a factory does and what we can offer from our vendors.

 

Note:  We can custom design, build and test a equipment for your use, including PID and power curves in advance of final blueprint design.

 

1.  Pre-Design Services: Includes PID, power curve and efficiency based on your input data of temperatures, type of refrigerant, heat exchangers, pump efficiency, etc.  Time allotment is up to three weeks.

 

2.  Design Services: Includes design and blueprints.  All

files are in electronic format, including STEP files. Custom blueprints are for provided with no restrictions of use.  Since you contract for the blueprints, you own the design.

 

3.  Prototype Services: Includes materials, labor, assembly, and machine time for above blueprints. 

The prototype cost will depend on the size of the equipment.  

 

4.  Pressure Testing: Pressure testing using nitrogen.  Leaks identified.  Any problem areas identified. Testing costs depend on size of unit.

 

5.  Refrigerant /GasTesting: Pressure testing using the refrigerant /gas you will use in the application. Leaks identified.  Any problem areas identified. Testing costs depend on size of unit and type of refrigerant/gas.  Refrigerant/gas  cost will be a component of the pricing.

 

6.  Operational Testing:  Testing using one of our load test rigs.  Availability of test rigs will vary.  

 

7.  Application Testing:  This type of testing uses the source of heated liquid to be  provided for the system.  Examples include liquid heated by solar thermal, geothermal, biomass boiler, compressor, and other sources.  Please contact for a quotation.

 

8.  Custom CAD/CAM Drawing Services:  We have two professional draftsmen who

are experienced in Equipment and part design and drawing.  Depending on type of work, expect $60 - $100 per hour for services.

Secure Supplies offers a Build Your Own Brand System consulting. 

 

This gives you the system drawings, suppliers, components list and heat exchanger drawings. 

It does not include the Equipment  blueprints which are offered above.

 

These plans/consulting allow you to build your own Equipment system and put your logo and brand on the systems.  You can buy the core parts electrolyzer, turbines block valves etc  from us,

or build your own from the blueprints offered above.
