How to achieve fuel savings with HHO Hydrogen

For each 1000 cm3 displacementrequire the production of 30 to 60 gallons of"HHO" gas for an hour or more. This range depends on the brand, type, age andengine capacity and power relations of the vehicle alternator to the engine power(kW or horse).

What does this mean?

Installing the hydrogen generator the vehicle to start production of "HHO" gas. The best initial measure to save the main fuel is computed as  in the position of 0.5 l / min (30l/sat) on each engine displacement 1000cm3 then gradually increase the production of "HHO" gas.

How?

After checking the fuel consumption after installation of the  move from the initial value by PM (pulse modulatortune  (hydrogen generator) to 0.5 l / min per 1000 cm3 engine displacementThen after riding, minimum, 1000 to 2000 kilometersconstantly involved with gas requirement to obtain a vehicle begins to save main propulsion (petrol or dieselfuel. This is necessary for the time being pure hydrogen compression in the engine room and exhaustvalves and channels. The result of this phenomenon is better and faster engineburns existing fuel, we get the power flow when the force of all this we addhydrogen (as fuel 142MJ/kg), we have reduced consumption of the main fuel.

Example:
A vehicle that consumes 12.5 l/100 km, using a "HHO" gasafter riding from 1000 to 2000 km, realizing savings of 20% and now spends 10l/100km vehicle.Then we exclude supply and "HHO" gasbut the vehicle 200 to 500km, to continue to save fuel, now in a small percentage of about 5-7%.

Why?

Because, thanks to the properties of hydrogen in the compression state of the engine, so good that even after the abolition of "HHO" gas vehicle still some time saves fuel.

After riding approximately 1000 to 2000 km measure the average consumption (excluding those from 1000 to 2000 km, which we have already crossed the "HHO" gas). Then increase the production of "HHO" gas to 0.6 l / min. The following run of 1000 km and re-test of consumption, (now we can count every mile traveled to the increased volume of gas), and then increase production to 0.7 l / min "HHO" gas. Again, we measure consumption and so on, until increasing the production of "HHO" gas and increase fuel efficiency on a given vehicle.

When we come to a situation where increasing the production of "HHO" gas finally we have the same or lower fuel economy, then it means that we have now reached the maximum fuel savings on a given vehicle. We reserve the production of "HHO" gas (l / min) which had the best effect on a given savings vehicle.

On vehicles with air flow sensor, MAP (gauge pressure in the suction line of cars with turbo) and MAF (the meter in the inlet manifold vacuum) and the oxygen sensor or "Lamba probe" (oxygen meter in the exhaust pipe), we use an additional device to intercept signals from sensors, processes them and sends the computer changed vehicles. The result of applying these interceptor sensor signal is complete and better performance to save the main fuel.

We wish you a successful and safe driving fuel economy.
