PROCESS CHEMISTRY:
By applying a Specific VIC Stanley A Meyer Voltrolysis Technology.
Electrical polarized power between the anode and the cathode, a chemical reaction is activated and Voltrolysis process takes place. We there is no dead short and high voltage and low amps. Creating effcient H2 and o2 Release from water. Thus allowing PH manipulation to take place with out added electrolyte.
Water from the cooling tower pond is circulated through the Voltrolysis scale remover Reactor . Due to the Voltrolysis process, the floating calcium molecules get deposited on the cathode and other minerals fall out of solution and the water returns to the cooling tower, reduction of calcium.
The chemical reaction on Voltrolysis cathode is as follows:
Ca(HCO3)2+2OH ↓→ CaCO3 + 2H2O + CO3 2
Mg(HCO3)2+2OH ↓→ Mg(OH)2 + 2H2O + CO3 2

Any Chlorine in water forms hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and hydrochloric acid (HCL).
When this solution of HOCl and HCL reacts for a sufficient time with and excess of limestone (calcium carbonate)
the reaction is: 2Cl2 + 2H2O + 2CaCO3 _ 2HOCl + CaCl2 + Ca(HCO3)2
Typical mineral scales in hot and cold domestic water distribution systems and also in evaporative cooling systems are largely calcium carbonate.
Therefore, injecting a solution, even a dilute one, of HOCl and HCl should produce the same reaction.
In the presence of an excess of calcium carbonate
(nearly always the case in scaled water distribution and recirculation systems)
and an excess of calcium bicarbonate indigenous to the water supply, the HCl would react as follows:
2HCl + Ca(HCO3)2 = CaCl2 + 2H2O + 2CO2 Calcium chloride and carbon dioxide solubility are rather high, so these reactions of HOCl and HCl would tend to decompose calcium carbonate scale to form rather soluble calcium chloride.
The reaction of HCl with bicarbonate alkalinity should result in a reduction of alkalinity of about a 1 ppm HOCl to 1 ppm HCO3- ratio.
This would have a rather insignificant effect on pH, but any pH reduction could aid the calcium carbonate resolution rate.

WARRANTY & CONDITIONS
MECHANICAL WARRANTY: For Descaling Voltrolysis machines ONLY
Secure Supplies private Limited (Secure) warranty that; ‘Secure Supplies Non Electrolytic De-scaler.’ system supplied is brand new, manufactured with first class workmanship and good manufacturing techniques. Mechanical warranty of Secure Supplies lasting 12 months from the date of first start up or 18 months from the FOB (Secure Supplies Factory) delivery date whichever period ends earlier. During the period of mechanical warranty, the customer shall have to notify (with complete details / description about the problems including the model number, Invoice number, date of shipment and current operating conditions) to Secure Supplies; if any defects or deficiencies arises. Secure Supplies shall provide technical assistance and replace the parts if necessary for the removal of the defects and deficiencies. If need be, Customer has to dispatch the defective parts like electrodes / Voltrolysis machines / anodes / cathodes to Secure Supplies site by customer’s responsibility for necessary repairs and rectification. The customer shall bear the transport cost.
LIMITED WARRANTY: For Descaling Voltrolysis machines ONLY
Warranty for electrodes / Voltrolysis machines / anodes / cathodes shall have 60 months on Pro-rata basis from the date of its commissioning. I.e., if any failure in the coating or failure of electrodes / Voltrolysis machines / anodes during the first eighteen months from the date of its commissioning (subject to the condition under mechanical warranty), Secure Supplies shall arrange to repair or replace the electrodes / Voltrolysis machines / anodes if deem required. Thereafter, it will be strictly governed under pro-rata warranty for the remaining period within eighteen months. The interpretation of pro-rata warranty will be governed under International standards and norms.
EXCLUSION: For Descaling Voltrolysis machines ONLY
Our warranty does not cover any damages or injuries resulting from misuse, negligence, and normal expected wear and tear, corrosion due to undue reactions, improper installations, and irregularities in cleaning, operation not in conformity with factory recommendations / user Manual. The warranty won’t cover the electrodes / Voltrolysis machines / anodes / Cathodes that has been modified, tampered with or altered without authorization. No other extended liabilities stated or implied and in no circumstances covers incidental or any consequential damages / injuries / cost resulting from defective products.
POST – WARRANTY: For Descaling Voltrolysis machines ONLY
Once the warranty period is over, the customer / owner is expected to maintain the electrodes / Voltrolysis machines / anodes / Cathodes continuously to enhance maximum life and quality.
The reconditioning or refurbishment of the Unit, if required, shall be the responsibility of the owner and Secure Supplies may be approached for necessary guidance and advice.
