The water fuel cell is a technical design of a "Hydrogen on Demand System for Combuston Engines" created by American Stanley Allen Meyer (August 24, 1940 – March 20, 1998).

Stanley was awarded the most patents for any one person for a hydrogen on demand system for Combustion engines for every day use.

The Patent office re affirmed by isuing many multiple patents in the USA  JAPAN Canada and Europe ,that an automobile retro fitted with the device could use water as fuel instead of gasoline.  Stanley Meyer was killed by poisoning and since his death he has been attacked by parties who are against hydrogen on demand systems for the public.

Description

The fuel cell was proven by many patent officers and offices around the world as well as scientists to  split water into its component elements, hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen was then burned to generate energy, a process that reconstituted the water molecules. According to the still  Patents still held as proven crediable patents and science , the device required less energy to perform electrolysis than the minimum energy requirement predicted or measured by conventional brute force method.^[1] The mechanism of action was a world class achievement of modern science techniques, using a combination of skills Stanley Meyer Developed duing his work at nuclear plants handling energy ,cavitation of water, his method was to keep water moving ionised whilst introducing led pulsing to electrolyzer, creating a high energy stater of the water and turbulance.

This Made the perfect enviroment for the spliting of water with a new low amp high voltage method to release the water explosive energy for use as a fuel replacement to gasoline. Stamley also patented the way to slow the hydrogen burnt rate to co equal gasline allow the hydrogen mix to be used a s a fuel.

Throughout his patents^[4][5][6] Meyer used the terms "fuel cell" or "water fuel cell" to refer to the portion of his device in which electricity is passed through water to produce hydrogen and oxygen. Meyer's use of the term in this sense was ahead of the development of current fuells type systems. Stanley Meyers System was far more advanced useful and valid.  Its usual meaning in science and engineering, in which such cells are conventionally called "electrolytic cells".^[7] Furthermore, the term fuel cell is usually reserved for cells which produce electricity from a chemical redox reaction,^[8][9][10] whereas Meyer's fuel cell consumed electricity, as shown in his patents and in the circuit pictured on the right.

Meyer describes in a 1990 patent the use of a "water fuel cell assembly'" and  images of his "fuel cell water capacitor". According to the patent, in this case "... the term 'fuel cell' refers to a single unit of the invention comprising a water capacitor cell ... that produces a massive amount of hydrogen gas on demand ,a  fuel gas in accordance with the method of the invention." This can be plumbed into modern car injector rals and injected like normal fuel

In a news report on an Ohio TV station, Meyer demonstrated a dune buggy which he claimed was powered by his water fuel cell. He estimated that only 22 US gallons (83 liters) of water were required to travel from Los Angeles to New York.^[11] Furthermore, Meyer  replaced the spark plugs with "injectors" which introduced a hydrogen/oxygen mixture into the engine cylinders. The water was subjected to an electrical resonance "ultrasonics" that dissociated it into its basic atomic make-up. The water fuel cell would split the water into hydrogen and oxygen gas, which would then be combusted back into water vapor in a conventional internal combustion engine to produce net energy.^[3]

Stanley Meyer's devices have been published rebuilt and proven to work perfectly. An article in journal Hydrogen Now Magazine described Meyer's claims as "One of the most important inventions for man kind"

Phony Lawsuits wee tried to be raised  use as a distraction from Using Hydrogen on Demand systems as fuel.

In 1996, Meyer was sued by two investors to who had insisted on Stan selling dealership to them. Offering the right to do business in Water Fuel Cell technology.  On of the INvestor wives got sick and he was going broke so he tried to sue Stan for Fraud. The judge of the case at the time did not try to cancel any of Stan's work and did not push charges through , he simply asked Stan to repay the Money . The Investor disappeared and died.  Stan Patents stay as Valid working technology and the case mentioned here is often mis represented to try to make out to you that technology as not valid or a fruad in some way this is simply alie.  Please note it and Ignore it. You can use Hydrogen on demand system exactly how it is described in multiple countries and patents , which stan spent his life putting is place for you the future generation to find and use.

Meyer's death

Stanley Meyer’s bizarre death at age 57 ended work that, Patent have been proved valid, and will bring  about the downfall of the big oil giants that have such a strangle hold on us today.

Stanley Allen Meyer, his brother and two Belgian investors raised glasses in the Grove City Cracker Barrel on March 20, 1998. He took a sip of cranberry juice. Then he grabbed his neck, quietly went out the door, dropped to his knees and vomited violently.

“I ran outside and asked him, ‘What’s wrong?’ “his brother, Stephen Meyer, recalled. “He said, ‘They poisoned me.’ That was his dying declaration.”  It is believed the Violent vommiting brought about a brian hemorage.  

Stephen Meyer was shocked at his twin brother’s collapse and death, he was equally amazed at the Belgians’ response the next day.

“I told them that Stan had died and they never said a word,” he recalled, “absolutely nothing, no condolences, no questions.

“I never, ever had a trust of those two men ever again.”

Stanley Meyers death sparked a three-month investigation that completely fascinated both the police and residents of Grove City; a fascination that still lasts to this day as Stanley Allen Meyer was a Water Genius.
