The App, including all content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Energy Power Gas LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any portion of the App without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE APP AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL ENERGY POWER GAS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included in the app. You expressly agree that your use of the app is at your sole risk.
