How long does shipping take? 

I8-15 days by fed ex in most cases with tracking number.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

We Issue hs tax code and packing invoices and tax may be due on import. 5% in most cases

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? If there is a Need to return products client will need to pay the fedex.

from client to us and if replacement is due we wil pay fedex to client

 

Do you refund If Products fials we can arrange in store credit. or replacement product. Due to the nature of the equipment being custom built by hand we don't issue refunds...
