Stanley Meyer Gas Feedback

Control Circuit-GMS Gas Management System

Thee Gas Feed Back circuit was originally part of the VIC Matrix set of boards to control the throttling of gas production and ramping up of gas production in line wwith pedal position and gas pressure.

Be reminded how a vacuum advance distributor works.......by just using the pressure drop at the intake manifold it automatically advances the timing to match load and engine speeds.

The basic idea being you can take a simple signal DIRECTLY from some physical state of the engine at that time and AUTOMATICALLY adjust

(in this case pulse with and duration)

on the fly BY ITSELF by just feeding that signal through a simple algorithm.

Hydrogen Hot Rodders Do it again

A flip-flop relay might work a a easy fit

to have 2 cell side by side maintaining pressuree to the fuel rail. 2 to 6 bar depending on engine.

The dual-pump compressors

(for run-time leveling) aren't even energized all the time.

When the pressure switch triggers a compressor to run,

it'll run until the pressure switch tells it to cut off.

Just as a 2 bar cell prssure switch transducer would just adjust it .

At the same time it triggers, it sends a pulse to the flip-flop

relay so the next time, the other compressor runs.

so both cell hit pressure  say 2 bar than turn off only one is oppen to fuel rail, once it drop beloww 1 bar the flip activate clse low cell to start producing and open the high prressure cell to release its gas to rail. this is better than having a buffer tank on the rail.

The flip-flop relays have a vertical spring and a sort of detent mechanism,

so a short pulse through the coil on either side will flip it to that side and it'll stay there even when the coils are             de-energized. GOD Seeed Water is Fuel

Pressure Sensor

On Version1 and Version 2

Operating Range 0 to 6 bar is what we need this sensor works but we should select careefully , the more pressure to fuel rail the better if using gas, if using Nano bubble water version than just 1 - 2 atm ok .

So with your help we have already rebuilt this card t words as described and can be purchsed now from Secure Supplies with Gauge and sender.

This card out put to gauge , Vic Driver filter board and the Gate Board.

After researching this deeper, I think the second mystery signal comes from the Gas Feedback Control Circuit.  This is one of the big mistakes I made in the scans attached above.  This circuit is not in the GMS box but in the VIC box mounted on the side of the cage.

The attached diagram figure 3-5 from "The Birth of a New Technology" plainly shows a signal from the gas feedback into the voltage amplitude circuit on the VIC card.  The "6" signal in the other attachment also makes it fairly plain. :)

There is also a 25 pair CAT3 style wire leading off of he Gas Feedback circuit board going into the wire loom in the VIC box too.  It goes into the "photo evidence great unknown" area, but I'm willing to assume that it splices into the DB9 connectors that daisy chain to each VIC heat sink.  Makes you wonder what purpose omitting the "6" signal from the figure 4 drawing would be?

Now an operation needs to be thought through.  Is this designed to increase cell pressure when the GMS isn't calling for high gas demands?  The way the "J" and "6" signals are mixed in the Voltage Amplitude Circuit don't seem like the "6" signal could over ride the "J" signal to produce less gas in an over-pressure situation.  To me it seems like a way to keep a minimum cell pressure.

The Gas feedback control circuit.

1: It has the pressure transducer hooked to it.
2: It maintains a certain low pressure limit.
3: If the pressure gets to a certain high pressure limit

     it turns the cell off.
4: It also has a pressure gauge hooked to it so you can

see the pressure in the cell.

5: If the pressure gets to a certain high pressure limit it

    turns the cell off.

 I count 6 op-amps, 3 PLLs, 2 one-shots and 2 quad nor gates.

electrostatic filter boards also controlled the cell water level and stuff i think. Seemed like there were quite a few more parts on the board than in the schematic.

Maybe Stan had it built for dual control or something, multiple chambers if needed.

I have this photos also. It is electrostatic filter boards - according to name of photos I have.

I dont remember  where I got this photos and dont know who give this name.that also controlled the cell water level and stuff

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what this board is?

Pictures below from the estate photos.  I count 6 op-amps, 3 PLLs, 2 one-shots and 2 quad nor gates.

Could this be for the injector VIC?

Okay.  I was wondering if that's what it was.  Seemed like there were quite a few more parts on the board than in the schematic.  Maybe Stan had it built for dual control or something, multiple chambers if needed.
